Informal Doodle Yappy Hour
Fun Gathering at the Petsafe Waverly Bark Park!
Friday, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., PetSafe Waverly Bark Park
Grab your favorite drink, a lawn/camp chair, let your doodle run inside the 7-acre fenced Waverly PetSafe Bark Park. Stretch and play after your drive to Waverly for a weekend of fun!
Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park, but please no glass containers.
LOCAL TIP! If you would like to bring a local favorite drink to the park, contact The Wooden Foot to pre-arrange take-out of their fresh fruit margaritas. Call 319.352.9878 or Facebook message them to set up your carryout!
FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER YAPPY HOUR
Doodles can leash their humans and join the Oktoberfest festivities at Kohlmann Park in Waverly. LIVE entertainment starting at 9 PM.

Doodle Doggy Night Care
Available for drop off/pick-up or overnight slumber party!
Pre-registration is required prior to arrival. Paws Amore is the top rated Cedar Valley boarding, day care, and grooming. Is your doodle sensitive to live music and lots of activity, but you still want to join the fun? Doodles can connect with other doodles for a doodle doggy day/night care so their humans can play!

Sessions from 10 am to 5 pm
Please indicate two preferred times — we will email you a confirmation with your session time.
$200/session includes 5 digital images and print release + $50 credit towards print/purchase with Seeley.
$100 deposit with $100 due at session (payable at Midwest Doodlefest tent).

Shop downtown, uptown and everywhere in between with your Doodle!
Saturday ALL DAY – starting at 10 a.m.
There’s so much to do in beautiful Waverly. Look for DOODLES WELCOME signs in the front of doodle-friendly businesses (some offering doodle treats!)
Enjoy some time to explore Waverly shops! CrawDaddy Outdoors, the Golden Thistle, Root, and Capsule are all favorites! The Mixing Bowl and The Wild Carrot have food options with outdoor seating options to enjoy a snack or meal with your doodle! (Stores open at 10 a.m. The Mixing Bowl and Wild Carrot are open earlier for meals and bakery options.)

Pre-Registration required. Fall is the perfect opportunity to canoodle on the Cedar River in a kayak with your Doodle! Craw Daddy Outdoors will be leading this adventure that includes you and your doodle. Life jackets recommended for your doodle. $48.00 includes kayak and guided tour.

LOCAL TIP! The Waverly Bark Park is 7 acres of open romp area for doodles and their humans. Two areas of the park are available, including one for small doodles (petite or minis under 30 lbs.) and a larger doodle area that will provide a fun afternoon for all doodle lovers!
OKTOBERFEST EVENTS
Saturday, starting at 10 a.m in Kohlmann Park, Waverly
This family-friendly event features live music, food and beverage garden including Iowa craft beers, and fun and games for youth and adults alike. Doodles can leash their humans and join in the FUN!
